近日，由河北省癌症早诊早治办公室主办、井陉县医院承办的：“河北省癌症早诊早治项目ESD操作技能培训班”在3月20日如期举行。参加培训班的学员分别来自唐山、保定、邢台、邯郸等多家医院。
ESD（内镜粘膜下剥离术）是目前国内外公认的治疗消化道早期病变的超微创内镜技术，具有创伤小、恢复快、效果好等优势。
开幕式由医院李博副书记主持。李计东书记首先代表医院对各位专家及学员的到来表示热烈的欢迎，李书记指出，这次培训班的如期召开，相信会使更多的内镜人收获颇丰，受益匪浅，也相信随着你们技术的成熟，一定会惠及到更多老百姓，提高我省上消化道肿瘤防治水平。
河北省癌症早诊早治办公室主任张立玮以视频的方式进行热情洋溢的致辞，张主任强调，上消化道癌早诊早治项目在河北省已开展了16年，得到了广泛的推广，同时打造出一支特别能吃苦、特别能战斗的早诊早治队伍，能够发现早期病变。通过此次独特的培训方式，还能够让患者在当地得到及时的治疗。
培训班特别邀请河北医科大学第四医院郭硕教授及井陉县医院消化内镜科主任樊建平、副主任冯剑飞分别进行了专业讲座，学员对消化道早期病变的理论体系、ESD的规范化治疗及相关的设备有了初步认识。
通过离体标本训练，让学员基本了解ESD的流程及操作规范。
在医院临床技能培训基地举行的活体标本模拟操作，专家手把手教学，从ESD的设计、操作方法及相关问题方面进行耐心指导，学员认真练习、热情高涨，全方位学习ESD技术发展、操作要点等相关知识。 
通过此次培训，专家传递的消化道早癌内镜诊断领域发展的新知识、新技术、新理念，不仅让更多学员对上消化道癌现状以及诊断、治疗方面的情况有更为清晰的认识，提高了基层医院上消化道癌治疗水平，而且大大促进早诊早治项目的覆盖面，让更多的群众获益！
据悉，井陉县医院作为：“国家上消化道癌早诊早治项目示范基地”。十年来，走过300余个行政村，为2万余人免费做胃镜筛查，检出早期病变及癌症患者500余例，均给予了积极恰当的治疗，得到全社会的一致好评。

Through in vitro specimen training, students can have a basic understanding of ESD process and operation standard.
 
In the simulation operation of living specimens held in the clinical skills training base of the hospital, experts taught them hand in hand, and provided patient guidance on ESD design, operation methods and related issues. The students practiced earnestly and enthusiastically, and learned the technical development and operation points of ESD in an all-round way.
